Preventative Services

Regular dental cleanings, exams, x-rays, fluoride, and sealants will help to keep you and your family healthy and allow us to find potential problems early on.

When problems are diagnosed early, they are often easier, more predictable and less costly to treat, which is why we believe nothing is more important than maintaining regular cleaning and checkup appointments when it comes to keeping you healthy.

  • Do you brush your teeth twice a day? This practice is essential for preventative dental care and your overall health. Not only will this keep your breath fresh, but you’ll remove food particles and plaque from your teeth and gums. Don’t forget to brush the top of your tongue, too!

  • How often should you floss? At least once a day. Unfortunately, your toothbrush bristles don’t reach all the way between your teeth. Flossing regularly will keep your teeth and gums healthy for years to come. It will also keep your breath nice and fresh!

  • We all know that sugar takes a toll on your teeth. Eating healthy is essential for both your dental health and overall health and wellness. Choose fresh, seasonal vegetables or sugar-free snacks to keep you satisfied all day long.

  • How often do you visit the dentist? It’s important to stick to a schedule. We recommend that our patients visit us twice a year for a regular cleaning and check-up.
